When you receive an error about incorrect login we recommend to change your cpanel / ftp password.
You will log in your Customer's area and there will be a link "Manage" next to your account. Follow this link and there will be an option to change your Cpanel / FTP password.
If you are using an additionally created ftp account, make sure to add @yourdomain.com after the ftp username. For example, your username will become ftpuser1@yourdomain.com if you have created a ftp user with username ftpuser1 and your domain is yourdomain.com.
