In this case we assume you have enabled the Spam Box option in cPanel, SpamAssassin. From this point on all emails identified as spam will be moved to a separate folder for each email account.

In order to retrieve the emails from the spam box for your email account myaccount@mydomain.com, follow these steps:

  1. Open your mail client.
  2. Create a new mail account duplicating all settings for the original myaccount@mydomain.com. When specifying the account's username, specify: yaccount@mydomain.com/spam
  3. Check / Download the mail for the newly created email myaccount@mydomain.com/spam.


Note to substitute myaccount@mydomain.com with your account's details.
