To avoid problems during logging to your SMTP server please make sure that your mail client has the correct settings and that you are using the correct email password.

Another important thing is that you use the right password for your email account. If your mail client is set correctly and your SMTP server still rejects your password, we recommend resetting the password from cPanel -> Email accounts.
